Thurs. Jan. 10 Mount Eden

Today, Thurs. Jan. 10th we continued to explore Auckland. Dan and Brenda did some shopping while Terry and I did a walk-about in Albert Park, the Auckland University and the harbour front. After lunch we called on Skype to wish Ella (Jan. 9) a Happy 11th Birthday. She was out curling but we had a chance to catch up with Daniel and his university application process. Then we were off to visit the Babich Winery and sample a delicious Pinot Noir (also sold at your local LCBO). Next we went to the top of Mount Eden where you have a 360 degree view of the city...quite spectacular! Tomorrow we head to Rotorua for a few days but not sure of Internet access so may not post for a bit.  Hope all are well at home. Fran
