Thanks for following our blog. From emails, it seems you are enjoying the pictures which give you some idea of the amazing sites that we are seeing here in New Zealand. Tomorrow, Wed. Jan. 23 we head to Christchurch. It is about a five hour drive and we hope to make one stop along the way to explore an area that the "kiwis" told us we must not miss! We do not have internet via the apartments where we are staying in Christchurch. They said the same thing here in Nelson but it ended up we had full free access....so we will see.
